THE PHILOSOPHY
As you can see, the Art of Zom-Fu originates from a lineage that has long past, and it is only natural for one to observe a successful warrior and aspire to mimic their technique and skill. While Zom-Fu-Do roots are lost in the depths of history, its resolve has lasted long past the lives of the Masters and Founders of every other martial art know to man; had they studied the art, and mastered its secrets, they may have still been with us today. However, it has remained an illusive form that has, until now, been devoid of serious study and appreciation; a form that has been shunned, ridiculed, and cast aside. A form that, because of innate prejudices, has been purposely degraded and ignored, although its successes are renowned. We, as observers of behavior, students of nature, and martial arts practitioners, can no longer afford to ignore the lessons the dead have taught us, or have yet to teach.
Zom-fu is an incredibly empowering art. An art that has proven to be superior in battle, which has the concise focus of singularity accomplishment, and embodies the never-ending drive for fulfillment. While many martial art forms espouse that they not only teach self-defense, they improve concentration, self-reliance, and are instrumental in character building, Zom-Fu offers none of these. Zom-Fu, in its purest form, is the epitome of the void: Emptiness of mind, devoid of character, and vacant of consideration. It is the mind state of Fugue de Mortis, also known as “The Fog of Death.” Zom-Futikas endeavor to eliminate all conscious thought that would otherwise lead to fear, uncertainty, and lack of confidence. They struggle to suppress the multitude of technique options offered in other art forms and concentrate on a single goal, never stopping until that goal is met. In turn, practitioners strive to develop and cultivate the one ultimate primal drive that supersedes all other needs: hunger, the vital need for sustenance and fulfillment. This single aspiration enables the Zom-Fuist to eliminate the clutter of the mind and simplifies their strategic choices. In this uncluttered cognizant state, the Zom-Fuer responds more focusedly, reacts more precisely, and follows through more tirelessly.
